I know that choosing a treatment can feel overwhelming. My aim is to make that choice clearer, with a consultation that starts with you and advice you can understand.

Visits to Luna are by appointment only and can be booked through Faces. Every appointment is carried out on a one-to-one basis, giving you dedicated time with Gemma for your consultation and treatment.
Start with the concerns you would like to discuss. A consultation helps us review your skin, routine and goals before deciding on a suitable treatment.
This depends on your treatment and skin. Some treatments can cause temporary redness, sensitivity or peeling. We explain likely recovery and aftercare before you decide.
Let Gemma know about sensitivity, skin conditions, allergies, medication and recent treatments. A suitability check is needed and some treatments may not be appropriate.
Preparation varies by treatment. Confirm the instructions before your visit, particularly if you use active skincare or have recently had another skin treatment.
Luna Skin & Wellness is at 43–45 North Bar Street, Banbury, OX16 0TH. The clinic is located at the rear of the building. Visits are by appointment only.
